Colors Bangla to air a male centric show ‘Ram Krishnaa’

Colors Bangla is all set to premiere its new fiction show Ram Krishnaa on 10th April, and will subsequently air every day at 8 pm. Produced by Surinder Films the show is about the invincible spirit of Ram and his strong principles in life which leads the path for him. 

Ram is a kind-hearted, family-oriented man who is loved by everyone. On the other hand, Krishnaa is an ambitious and flamboyant girl who gets into a clash with Ram. As their worlds collide, Krishnaa is determined to take revenge against Ram, but Ram, being a simple and kind-hearted person, manages to overcome the challenges thrown his way.

Nilankur Mukhopadhyay plays the role of this dutiful Ram and Basanta Bilash famed Nandini Dutta plays the role of Krishnaa. Other ensemble cast includes Arindam Banerjee, Ritoja Chakraborty, Sumana Chakraborty, Tanima Sen, Aninda Chakraborty, Anindita Kapileshwari, Sanjukta Roy Chowdhury to name a few.

Speaking on the launch, Sagnik Ghosh, Business Head, Colors Bangla, said, “Male actors or characters these days hold a very important and significant position in the storyline. Taking forth this tradition we bring to you a powerful male character Ram who is a traditional priest yet a modern man at heart. He binds the family together with his charm. The narrative of the show is very different and is about this man who is honest at heart and has an indomitable spirit. Does his unwavering determination and spirit in life make him win over all situations? To know more; watch Ram’s journey of ups and downs, hits, and misses.”

To promote the show, the channel has designed a robust marketing campaign across print, television, and digital platforms.

On the digital front, a social media calendar will be built to establish Ram’s character as #AmaderHero. There will also be a FB live engagement with Ram and Krishnaa where they will be asked a few rapid-fire questions on their perspective towards life, their preferences, etc.
