Dettol Antiseptic Liquid surges to No. 2 position among Top Brands of Week 24

In the Week 24 of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India, the top eight positions in the chart remained same compared to last week. Hindustan Unilever continued its lead with drop in ad volumes from 5452.56 (‘000 secs) to 5342.6 (‘000 secs) followed by Reckitt Benckiser Group with rise in ad volumes from 3890.78 (‘000 secs) to 3961.8 at the 2nd spot and Procter and Gamble at 3rd spot with rise in ad volumes from 1103.2 (‘000 secs) to 1155.53 (‘000 secs). Godrej Group retained its 4th spot with drop in ad volumes from 785.54 (‘000 secs) to 782.05 (‘000 secs) followed by Cadburys India Ltd. at 5th spot with rise in ad volumes from 719.9 (‘000 secs) to 755.85 (‘000 secs) and Glaxosmithkline Group at 6th spot with drop in ad volumes from 676.53 (‘000 secs) to 627.53 (‘000 secs). Pepsi Foods (G) stood at 7th spot with rise in ad volumes from 464.06 (‘000 secs) to 504.73 (‘000 secs) followed by ITC Ltd. at 8th spot with 486.88 (‘000 secs). Colgate Palmolive India Ltd. moved one spot up and claimed the 9th position with 437.16 (‘000 secs). Amazon Online India Pvt. Ltd. entered the chart with ad volumes of 388.46 (‘000 secs) and claimed the 10th spot.

Top Brands

In the top brands category, Dettol Toilet Soaps continued its lead with drop in ad volumes from 569.23 (‘000 secs) to 531.61 (‘000 secs). Dettol Antiseptic Liquid moved one spot up and claimed the 2nd position with rise in ad volumes from 448.76 (‘000 secs) to 520.28 (‘000 secs) compared to last week. Lizol all in 1 dropped one spot down and stood at 3rd position with rise in ad volumes from 463.46 (‘000 secs) to 471.0 (‘000 secs). Harpic Power Plus 10X Max Clean retained its 4th spot with drop in ad volumes from 448.56 (‘000 secs) to 411.02 (‘000 secs). Colgate Dental Cream shifted one spot up and claimed the 5th position with rise in ad volumes from 311.1 (‘000 secs) to 334.13 (‘000 secs). Dettol Intense Cool Soap slipped one spot down and stood at 6th position with drop in ad volumes from 350.71 (‘000 secs) to 321.41 (‘000 secs). Horlicks retained its 7th spot with 269.09 (‘000 secs) followed by Ultratech Cement at 8th spot with 252.82 (‘000 secs). Veet Cold Wax Strip moved one spot up and stood at 9th position with 252.25 (‘000 secs). Glow & Lovely Advanced Multivitamin slipped one spot down and stood at 10th position with 251.1 (‘000 secs).
