DiagRight highlights the contribution of a phlebotomist with 'Heroes are made too' campaign

The Gurugram based health-tech start up DiagRight is creating a buzz in the market by launching a new video film “DiagHero” on its own YouTube Channel. The video highlights the role and contribution of a phlebotomist in the healthcare sector.

A phlebotomist is a person who works in medical offices, clinics and laboratories to assist medical laboratory technologist, doctors and nurses in taking care of the blood collection process where they have tried to showcase the phlebotomist as a real-life hero because he works relentlessly and responsibly to safeguard the lives of many patients.

Along with that the film emphasizes the passion, pain and hard work towards his/her profession to create a separate identity for themselves. Because of their valuable contribution towards the diagnostic sector, they deserve to stand out as a hero for the society. The character in the video is a proud father and a phlebotomist at the same time whose daily life activity is described by her daughter to a home tutor. The process of home blood sample collection service given by DiagRight is very well described too.

The kind of hard work in terms of education, training, attention to detail and dedication that a person puts in to become a phlebotomist and draw blood from people’s veins is profuse. And therefore, becoming a phlebotomist and serving the society on the front end of things is not less than being a HERO.”

The video film showcases both the professional and personal life of a phlebotomist. They are an integral part of the diagnostic healthcare ecosystem. The product that DiagRight is building for these paramedics is bringing a revolution in the healthcare market. The video is surely going to boost the confidence of the phlebotomist community by inducing the pride to take that job and will empower many to take phlebotomist as a career option too.
