Mumbai: Dish TV India Ltd. has announced the launch of VZY, an integrated connected entertainment ecosystem aimed at simplifying how Indian consumers access streaming platforms, live TV, and premium content across devices and screens.
The launch comes amid rapidly evolving entertainment consumption habits in India, where viewers increasingly navigate multiple streaming apps, smart devices, subscriptions, and disconnected viewing experiences. Through VZY, Dish TV aims to address growing consumer demand for a more unified and seamless entertainment ecosystem.
Positioned as India’s first integrated connected entertainment ecosystem, VZY combines streaming services, live television, creator-led content, and AVOD programming under a single platform accessible across mobile devices and Smart TVs.
The ecosystem operates across two integrated layers:
VZY Streaming Platform:
The platform aggregates over 29 streaming applications, live TV channels, creator-led content, and AVOD offerings into one unified interface. It is designed to simplify content discovery through smarter search capabilities and easier navigation, helping consumers reduce app-switching and search fatigue.
VZY Smart TV Ecosystem:
The ecosystem also includes VZY Smart TVs powered by the Google TV platform, featuring QLED 4K display technology along with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos-enabled audio-visual experiences. The Smart TV offering integrates live TV channels and streaming access into a single connected viewing experience.

Speaking on the launch, Manoj Dobhal, CEO and Executive Director, Dish TV, said, “India’s entertainment consumer doesn’t want another app they want an experience that just works. VZY is built on that insight. We’ve combined the power of a smart streaming platform with a premium Smart TV ecosystem to deliver something the Indian market has never seen: a connected entertainment experience that travels seamlessly from your phone to your living room. The brand VZY is not just another platform it’s a signal that we are building something much bigger. We are redefining how India watches content.”

Sukhpreet Singh, Chief Revenue Officer, Dish TV, added, “Entertainment consumption today demands experiences that are seamless, flexible, and accessible across devices. The VZY Entertainment Ecosystem combines streaming platforms, live TV channels, and premium smart viewing under one integrated platform, helping consumers spend less time searching and more time watching. By focusing on easier navigation, smarter discovery, and a stronger bundled value proposition, we aim to deliver a more connected entertainment offering for Indian households.”
To support the launch, Dish TV has rolled out an integrated marketing campaign during the ongoing IPL season, highlighting the growing need for simplified and connected entertainment experiences.
With more than two decades in the Indian television and entertainment sector, Dish TV said the launch of VZY marks another step in its strategy to strengthen its presence across DTH, OTT, connected devices, and smart entertainment ecosystems.
