Mumbai: Dixit Chanana has been elevated as Managing Director – India & North Asia (Japan and Korea) at Toluna.
Prior to this appointment, Chanana served as Managing Director – India and has been associated with Toluna since 2020. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s operations and growth strategy across India, Japan, and Korea, strengthening Toluna’s presence in the Asia-Pacific market.

A seasoned market research and consumer insights professional, Chanana brings decades of experience spanning consumer behaviour, market research, marketing strategy, business development, market analysis, customer insights, brand equity, customer relationship management, and sales.
Before joining Toluna, he held leadership positions at several prominent organisations, including Karvy Insights, Kantar IMRB, and ADI Media. Over the course of his career, he has worked extensively across research, analytics, and business growth functions, helping brands better understand consumer behaviour and market dynamics
