Mumbai: Dr. Ohm Prakash Gunasekaran has been named Chief Executive Officer at ZenVistas Realty and Sri Baby Properties, marking a leadership transition aimed at driving structured growth and operational scale.
In his new role, Gunasekaran will take on full P&L responsibility, with a mandate to build a high-performance, process-driven real estate platform and expand the companies’ market presence in Coimbatore.
He joins the organisations from DAC Developers, where he served as Chief Growth Officer and played a key role in driving business expansion.
Announcing the new position on his LinkedIn handle, Gunasekaren shared, “Stepping into a new chapter !!I have taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Zen Vistas Realty and Sri Baby Properties, Coimbatore, with full P&L ownership.

Gunasekaran brings over 13 years of experience across real estate, e-commerce and information technology, with expertise spanning business management, P&L strategy and sales leadership.
Over the course of his career, he has held roles at organisations including Casagrand Builder Private Limited, SRM Surya Logistics Private Limited, SRMPR Cements, Hemadri Cements, Trac Media, Quikr and Career Launcher, among others.
