The brand unveils a first-of-its-kind AI-powered brand film, alongside its most expansive Rakhi collection to date

Mumbai: FNP (Ferns N Petals), India’s most loved gifting brand and a pioneer in Rakhi retail, has launched a groundbreaking Raksha Bandhan campaign featuring a first-of-its-kind brand film created entirely using artificial intelligence. Reaffirming its core thought — “Door ho ya paas, Rakhi banayein khaas” — the campaign beautifully captures the spirit of sibling bonds in a globalized world, where distances fade in the face of heartfelt connection.

Conceptualised by creative agency Teen Bandar and voiced by acclaimed actor and poet Piyush Mishra, the emotionally resonant 30-second film shows brothers across continents receiving Rakhi gifts from their sisters through FNP, creating joy and connection across borders. What makes the execution remarkable is that the entire visual narrative has been AI-generated — with no physical shoot involved — seamlessly portraying cross-continental scenes with lifelike realism.

Taking innovation a step further, the campaign uses personalised versions of the film that dynamically include the sender’s or sibling’s name in the voiceover, creating an intimate and emotionally powerful viewer experience.

Avi Kumar, Chief Marketing Officer at FNP, said: “With families more global than ever, we wanted to show that distance doesn’t weaken the bond — especially on Rakhi. By using AI, we’ve reimagined how we tell this story while staying rooted in our core promise: delivering not just gifts, but emotions, on time and across the world. It’s a fresh format, but the heart remains the same.”

Savio Joseph, Co-founder, Teen Bandar, added: “Partnering with FNP again was a joy. This time, we used AI to reinforce their global promise and bring alive a simple insight — that even across borders, a Rakhi can still feel personal.”

A Rakhi Collection Like Never Before
Complementing the campaign is FNP’s 2025 Raksha Bandhan collection, which is being touted as the brand’s most expansive, diverse, and design-forward range to date. With thousands of SKUs, the offering caters to every type of sibling relationship, from the traditional to the modern.

Key highlights include:

  • Designer Collections: Featuring Polki, pearl-finished, dome-style spiritual rakhis, and themed kids’ options
  • New-Age Formats: Rakhi-cum-jewellery styles, magnetic rakhis, and keepsake trinkets
  • Family Combos: Bhaiya-Bhabhi sets, kids’ Rakhis, and multi-rakhi packs for large families
  • Personalised Touches: Name-engraved rakhis, photo-based gifts, custom hampers, and message cards
