Hyderabad: Freedom Healthy Cooking Oils has launched an inspiring new campaign, ‘Your Health Deserves Attention – Start Today with #freedom30minutemovement!’, aimed at encouraging women to prioritize their health and well-being through small, sustainable lifestyle changes. With the constant demands of managing careers, households, and caregiving, women often neglect their own health. This campaign serves as a wake-up call, urging women to make self-care a priority.

The campaign draws attention to concerning statistics from The Lancet Report (2022) on women’s health in India, revealing that:
✅ 60% of Indian women do not engage in sufficient physical activity.
✅ 1 in 10 women is obese.
✅ Heart disease among women has surged by 300%.
✅ 57% of Indian women are unhealthy due to lack of exercise.

These alarming figures emphasize the urgent need for lifestyle changes, particularly dedicating at least 30 minutes a day to physical activity, whether through walking, yoga, stretching, or other heart-healthy exercises. The campaign also urges families to play a supportive role by encouraging the women in their lives to take time for themselves.

As part of this initiative, Freedom Healthy Cooking Oils is championing the #freedom30minutemovement, inspiring women to dedicate just 30 minutes daily to physical activity. The goal is to create a sustainable and achievable fitness habit that seamlessly fits into everyday routines.
