MUMBAI: GoKwik, a full funnel D2C growth platform trusted by 15,000+ brands, on Tuesday announced the launch of Kwik Ads, describing it as India’s first fully agentic AI platform for performance marketing.
Kwik Ads does not just run ads, but enables brands to deploy specialised AI agents that continuously learn, decide, and act on their behalf, converting verified purchase intelligence from over 200 million online shoppers into improved Meta ad outcomes without manual intervention.
Alongside the launch, the company said it has been recognised as India’s first Meta Business Partner for Signals, a designation granted by Meta to companies meeting its standards for signal quality and scale.
GoKwik is also a certified Meta Agency Partner, making it the only company in India that both supplies purchase signals to Meta’s algorithm and executes campaigns for brands.
The company said Indian D2C brands collectively spend billions on performance marketing, but most campaigns operate on incomplete signals and require constant manual effort. It added that demographic targeting and generic lookalike audiences often fail to identify high intent buyers, while campaign managers spend significant time adjusting bids, testing creatives, and optimising audiences, resulting in rising ad costs and declining returns.
GoKwik said Kwik Ads has been designed to address these challenges by deploying AI agents for specific functions within the performance marketing stack. These include signal enrichment, creative research, industry benchmarking, and ad performance analysis, with each agent operating autonomously and collectively improving campaign outcomes.
According to the company, the Signal Enrichment Agent surfaces more than 200 Meta compatible purchase signals from its network of over 200 million shoppers, enabling Meta’s algorithm to work with real purchase intent rather than demographic proxies. Other agents include a Creative Research Agent, a Benchmarks Agent, and an Analysis Agent, each contributing to campaign optimisation.
The company said that the system benefits from network effects, with every brand joining the platform contributing to a larger pool of signals, creating a self improving intelligence layer.

“At Meta, we believe the agencies of the future will be defined by the quality and depth of signals they bring to the advertising ecosystem, not just their ability to manage campaigns. When partners invest in building deep commerce intelligence and combine it with AI driven optimisation, it creates a fundamentally better advertising experience for brands and consumers alike. India’s D2C ecosystem is at an inflection point, and we’re excited to see this signals led approach take shape with KwikAds by GoKwik,” said Gaurav Singh, Director, Agencies and VC Partnerships, India, Meta.
GoKwik said brands using Kwik Ads are seeing a 25 per cent improvement in return on ad spend and a 15 per cent reduction in customer acquisition costs. Personal Touch Skincare, one of the early users, reported a fourfold increase in revenue over six months after shifting its performance marketing towards high intent purchase signals, along with an improvement in prepaid orders and reduction in returns.

“Scaling is easy. Scaling profitably isn’t. In the last six months, we’ve grown four times while improving prepaid percentage and reducing RTO, which is where most brands struggle. KwikAds helped us shift our performance marketing towards high intent signals like prepaid purchases and new customers. That change in signal quality is what made this scale sustainable,” said Arjan, founder of Personal Touch Skincare.
Other early partners include Pee Safe, Bombay Shaving Company, What’s Up Wellness and Saada.

“We were using a data enrichment tool for the last two years, but it was based out of the US and had no custom features needed for India, like tracking prepaid orders. Moving to Kwik Ads for better support and custom features increased our prepaid by 7 per cent by tracking it in real time. It also improved our EMQ scores on event manager,” said Vaibhav Makhijka, founder of What’s Up Wellness.

“Every D2C founder I speak to has the same frustration, ad costs keep climbing, and returns keep shrinking. Kwik Ads is our answer. We’ve taken 200 million shoppers, years of real purchase data, and the latest in agentic AI, and built a system that works like a performance marketer. It identifies the right buyers, learns what converts, and improves the efficiency of ad spend. We are building agentic growth infrastructure for D2C brands in India,” said Chirag Taneja, co founder and CEO of GoKwik.
Kwik Ads is available to D2C brands across India, with companies able to request a demo through the firm’s website.
Founded in 2020 and headquartered in New Delhi, GoKwik offers a full funnel D2C growth platform with products including one click checkout, RTO reduction, WhatsApp commerce, and performance marketing solutions. The company said it has processed over $2 billion in gross merchandise value and raised $68 million in funding from RTP Global, Peak XV Partners, Z47, and Think Investments.
