Mumbai: Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company behind some of India’s most loved beauty and personal care brands including Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, BBlunt, Dr. Sheth’s, and Staze Beauty, has announced key leadership elevations aimed at fortifying its growth and operational strategy.
Karan Bajwa has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and Avinash Dhagat has been named Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO). Both executives previously held senior vice president positions in their respective domains and have been part of Honasa’s leadership team for over four years.
These internal promotions are a testament to Honasa’s philosophy of nurturing and empowering in-house talent. The company continues to evolve as a leading player in India’s fast-paced beauty and personal care sector and is reinforcing its leadership team to drive its next phase of growth and innovation.
With deep experience in human resources and talent development, Karan Bajwa has played a pivotal role in shaping Honasa’s culture across its house of brands. In his elevated role as CHRO, Karan will lead the company’s people strategy with a focus on building a future-ready, high-performance organization anchored in inclusion, meritocracy, and innovation.

Avinash Dhagat, now CSCO, brings over 15 years of expertise in building agile, tech-enabled supply chains. He will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, advancing sustainability initiatives, and ensuring supply chains remain responsive to the fast-evolving needs of the Indian FMCG landscape.

Karan Bajwa is an MBA in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and has previously held leadership roles at Airtel and Reckitt.
Avinash Dhagat holds an MBA in Supply Chain and Logistics from S.P. Jain School of Global Management and has worked with L’Oréal, Supermax, and Ashok Leyland in various supply chain leadership roles.
