Kapture, a saas-based Customer Experience platform has recently announced the appointment of Neelakantan Kushal, effective from April 17th. His appointment is aligned with the company’s plans to expand its leadership team and strengthen its market position in consumer durables space.
In his new role, Kushal will develop progressive strategies, overseeing the vertical’s operations and ensuring maximized performance to drive growth in the segment.
Prior to his stint with Kapture CX, Neelakantan had previously worked with renowned brands such as USHA, Reliance, Jyothy, Eastern, among others.
Neelakantan’s expertise spans over 30 years across distribution, retail chain, brand building, project rollout, team training, and customer service optimization. He is recognized for his leadership competence and abilities to foster relationships with customers and the team.
