Mumbai: Marico has appointed Konark Gaur as Business Head – New Foods. In his new role, Gaur will be responsible for scaling up the new Foods business.
Previously, Gaur held the position of Chief Marketing Officer of Sebamed, where he has scaled 10 X growth for Consumer Products.
Gaur has worked with companies like General Mills and Nestle. At General Mills, he held the positions of Category Head India- Snacks and Regional Marketing Manager Asia- Snacks.
Gaur is the founder of hijinny.com, a hyper-local mobile marketplace for Beauty professionals which enabled 100s of beauty professionals into entrepreneurs. He is also the Co-Founder of Jazz Up Salon.
At Nestle, Gaur held the position of Senior Brand Manager.
