Soumak comes with 17+ years of invigorating experience passed in conceptualisation , supporting communication , deriving & driving effective efficient marketing solutions across multiple category (FMCG , CSG , Auto, Luxury, Telecom, Ecommerce, BFSI, Sports, Publishing ) & for multiple brands .An effective communicator thriving in high pressure assignments backed by diverse cross-section & cross-functional expertise in Media and Advertising space
Prior to this appointment, he worked as Principal Partner-Client leadership for Mindshare Enterprise unit & managing client portfolio for
GSK, Air Asia , Bank Danamon, Wyeth (Nestle) , Rolex , Jaguar Land Rover , Pepsi. His key achievements in mindshare are as follows.
1. Driving global & regional relationship on glocal client base- GSK, Pepsi,JLR,Rolex
2. GSK -strategic planning change leading to more more ROI based planning ,Digital 1st approach & innovations ready module – Panadol Tuffies & Sensodyne chill test -2 Indonesia-first media innovations winning across many regional & local media awards in 2016/17
4. Weekly performance based campaign planning approach for Air Asia Indonesia
5. Setting up Wyeth Parenting Club – a lead platform innovation for Wyeth (Nestle) brands
Soumak also had a small stint with DAN network where he was responsible for Branch P&L for Vizeum ,North as Senior Vice president . Other than handling Northern region , soumak involved in driving strategy for key client relationship nationally.
