Mumbai: Meta has introduced Meta Ads AI Connectors in open beta, enabling businesses and agencies to create, manage, and analyse advertising campaigns directly within the AI tools they already use—without requiring developer credentials, API setup, or coding.
The new solution is powered by Meta’s ads model context protocol (MCP) server and ads command line interface (CLI), offering a secure, Meta-authenticated connection between advertisers’ accounts and AI agents. This enables access to real-time campaign performance data, ad creation tools, catalog management, and audience insights, moving beyond generic recommendations.
With Meta Ads AI Connectors, advertisers can streamline workflows across key functions. These include comprehensive reporting to generate detailed campaign insights, campaign management using natural language commands, catalog management for product data and troubleshooting, and signal diagnostics to assess and improve data quality.
The company emphasised that onboarding is designed to be quick and accessible, with setup taking minutes instead of days, particularly as MCP does not require complex technical integration.
Meta also highlighted the complementary role of its AI ecosystem, combining the capabilities of its AI business assistant with the flexibility of external AI tools. The Meta AI business assistant continues to provide personalised guidance, issue resolution, and campaign recommendations within Ads Manager, while the connectors allow advertisers to leverage their preferred AI platforms for cross-channel insights and customised workflows.
Positioning the launch as part of its broader AI-driven advertising strategy, Meta stated that the connectors are aimed at equipping advertisers with advanced capabilities to make faster, more informed decisions across platforms.
The introduction of Meta Ads AI Connectors marks a step forward in Meta’s efforts to integrate AI more deeply into advertising operations, enabling businesses to work seamlessly across tools while leveraging the full intelligence of its ads ecosystem.
