Mumbai: Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, a digital-first, AI-native technology company operating in the advertising, marketing and consumer growth ecosystem, has announced its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The company reported FY2026 revenue from operations of Rs. 218.48 crore, while Q4 revenue from operations grew 41.9% year-on-year to Rs. 62.62 crore. FY2026 EBITDA stood at Rs. 45.37 crore with an EBITDA margin of 20.8%, while PAT for the year came in at Rs. 29.35 crore with a PAT margin of 13.4%.
Mobavenue AI Tech said its growth during the year was driven by strong advertiser demand across high-growth sectors including Quick Commerce, BFSI, Fintech, Retail and emerging segments, along with continued momentum across omnichannel formats such as Connected TV (CTV), mobile, video and audience intelligence-led platforms.
The company also expanded its operations across the UK and LATAM markets, completed the 100% acquisition of Mobavenue Media Pvt. Ltd., and strengthened its proprietary AI infrastructure under its A³ framework covering Awareness, Acquisition and Activation.
International revenue contribution stood at 11.5% during FY2026, with the company now serving over 150 brands across 10 countries. Direct clients contributed 73.9% of total FY2026 revenue, reflecting deeper enterprise relationships and lower dependence on intermediaries.
During the year, the company completed its first preferential capital raise of Rs. 4,999.99 lakhs to support technology investments, strategic expansion and acquisition opportunities. It also introduced the ESOP 2025 scheme and approved a sub-division of equity shares as part of broader organisational and governance initiatives.
On the technology front, Mobavenue AI Tech advanced its proprietary neural network-based decisioning framework capable of processing more than 125 crore consented and privacy-compliant consumer and campaign signals daily with real-time inference below 15 milliseconds.
Its fully proprietary GMP 360 platform stack includes PrsmX for omnichannel awareness, SurgeX for user acquisition, DiscvrX and AmplifiX for OEM and app discovery, and ResurgeX for re-engagement and retention.
The company also launched AI-powered campaign planning, automated audience recommendations, conversational LLM-based reporting, and unified SSO capabilities across its platform ecosystem.
