New Delhi: In a strategic move aligned with its long-term growth vision, Mobiyoung Group has announced the elevation of Shivalika Anand as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Anuj Bhandari, who has led the company through its foundational growth journey, will transition into the role of Non-Executive Director.

Over the last few years, Mobiyoung has steadily expanded its presence in India’s digital Out-of-Home and AdTech space through a combination of technology, media solutions, and data-led campaign capabilities. Its platform DGTOOHL was among the few Indian platforms to be onboarded by Google for Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (pDOOH) advertising, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey.
Shivalika Anand, who has been closely involved in the company’s business growth, operations, partnerships, and strategic expansion journey, will now lead Mobiyoung’s next chapter with a sharper focus on scaling capabilities, strengthening market presence, and accelerating innovation-led growth.
