News18 Lokmat organised the ‘Mukta Sanman’ Awards on 14th May in Mumbai to recognise the achievements of unsung women from different parts of Maharashtra. These women were acknowledged for their exceptional contributions and remarkable work in their respective fields.
The achievers Asmita Wakode, Dhruvi Padwal, Angel Devkude, Marium Jamila, Shalaka Narvekar, Pallavi Kolekar, MSumitra Jadhav, Harshali Chaudhari, Ashwini Devre and Yogita Tambe were felicitated at the event for significant contributions and achievements in their respective domains.
The event witnessed the presence of individuals such as Smt Bharati Pawar, Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, and Shri Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Women and Child Development Minister Maharashtra, who were the chief guests for the evening. Additionally, actresses Sonali Kulkarni and Smita Gondkar, along with singer Ketaki Mategaonkar, were also present to give away the awards to the achievers. Alongside the winners, the nominees also received special recognition for their outstanding achievements.
