Mumbai: Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (BCCL) has appointed Nimit Tiwari as Revenue Head – Optimal Media Solutions (OMSL) for its Mumbai branch, further strengthening its leadership team in advertising and media sales.
Tiwari joins BCCL after a nearly seven-year stint with Mirchi, where he most recently served as Business Director – Gujarat and MPCG. He was associated with the radio network since 2019 and played a key role in driving business growth across the regions.

After finishing a successful and fulfilling ~7 years stint at Mirchi am moving to the Big Daddy – Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India) , as Revenue Head for OMSL Mumbai branch. Will be based out of the Mayanagari going ahead.

In his new role, Tiwari will lead revenue generation initiatives for OMSL Mumbai, the advertising sales arm of BCCL, which manages media solutions across the group’s extensive portfolio of print, digital, radio, and experiential platforms.
With more than 16 years of experience in media, marketing, consulting, and business development, Tiwari brings a strong track record in Telecom Marketing Strategy, Stakeholder Communication, Experiential Event Execution, P&L & Financial Oversight, Digital & Broadcast Media, Team Leadership & Training and Cross-Cultural Communication.
Before joining Mirchi, he worked with several prominent organisations, including Bharti Airtel and Ernst & Young. He began his professional career in 2009 as a Consultant at Ernst & Young, gaining experience in advisory and business consulting before transitioning into media and advertising leadership roles.
His appointment comes as BCCL continues to strengthen its commercial leadership across key markets, with Mumbai remaining one of the country’s most significant advertising and media hubs.
