On May 12th Indian Railways announced special train services to operate 15 trains from New Delhi to various places in India, a week later a Media Owning Firm Ninja Media Creations India’s Leading Railway Audio Out-Of-Home (RA – OOH) Advertising presence across 8 states in India, took the social responsivity and initiated to educate the commuter with Covid 19 and started three minutes Jingles based campaign which will run at Secunderabad station one of this special train which start from Delhi and reach to Secunderabad station. This campaign is designed and up with speed and served to educate masses, create awareness towards prevention about the symptoms of Coronavirus/washing of hands frequently, social distancing ( inside the train ), wearing of mass, and download of Aarogya setu app. The 3 minutes audio campaign is running in five different languages (English /Hindi / Telugu/ Marathi and Kanada )in association with South Central Railway (Secunderabad Division) Since there is no vaccine for the virus yet, frequent handwashing, social distancing, and self-precaution is the most important factor one can take to halt its spread especially during the travel inside the train
Speaking on the Ranjith Chakkath, MD & CEO of NMC said, “We earlier created the simple idea ‘Corona Se Mat Darona’ which aims to calm the anxiety in this time of crisis, we have been deeply involved in the overall development of the railway station environment and the well-being of the people, especially the relatively low earning workers engaged at the stations. This jingle is simple and effective communication for the commuters, this is testing times for everyone. During such times, people usually turn to forget the safety of personal hygiene’s especially during the travel time at this pandemic and we took up this to conceptualize the ‘Social Communication Initiative’. Our technical team lead by Domnic Prabhu worked for a week to make this possible. Took up the special remote access from the stations and worked on the jingle to upload the same on time before the train arrival and departure. The time has come for each one of us to take a pledge to strengthen the roots of our #AtmaNirbharBharat. Furthermore, we need to come together as a nation and be supportive and educate each other during this crisis.”
