Our Focus for 2022 will be realigning the business, focusing on the technology and welfare of our employees

At the onset of 2022, we march ahead to a new year of hope as we navigate year 2 of the COVID-19 pandemic. While we may not know what is in store for us in 2022, that doesn’t mean we can’t do our best to plan ahead for a successful business year. Here are the five things we wish to achieve this year.

Realign business vision: We are in the business of packaged drinking water. Even though we have done good business over the last two years, I strongly feel we need to realign our business vision in the current perspective so that the same is aligned with a purpose.

Employee Welfare: This is something we have been doing since the start of the pandemic, more so as time passed by. Along with work deadlines, performance reviews, our priority is to ensure individual wellbeing for each and every employee and create a safe and healthy workplace.

Invest In technology: As we look at diversifying our product lines, we also understand that technology is going to be the key growth differentiator going forward for any business. So we are exploring and investing in all possible technologies that can help us grow 20x faster.

Product Philosophy: There will be a little bit of healthcare in everything we do. When we deep-dived in understanding what our products do and mean to our consumers, we understood that there is a greater purpose and we have just been able to find that. With that, we will ensure that we keep innovating and keep delivering products that ensure good health to our consumers.

Numbers, P&L& Holidays: While we all do business for profits, as a team we have come to an understanding that with our intent for the greater good, numbers and top lines and bottom lines will be taken care of automatically. We all are working hard for that and putting our best foot forward. Worrying additionally won’t help achieve that. We also need to ensure that as an individual we are in our best shape, physically and mentally. Spending time with family, taking off, and holidaying will only boost productivity and add to our professional capabilities.
