Bengaluru: Perfios (Perfios.ai), a B2B SaaS TechFin company, has announced the appointment of Veena Rao as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), strengthening its leadership team to drive customer excellence, strategic initiatives, and operational scale.
In her new role, Rao will lead Perfios’ global operations, focusing on transforming customer experience, driving strategic growth initiatives, and reinforcing the company’s operational foundation as it accelerates expansion across markets.
Rao brings over three decades of experience across BFSI and financial services technology, with a proven track record of building high-performing organisations and leading large-scale transformation initiatives. Her expertise spans banking, consulting, presales, and product functions, with leadership roles at organisations such as ICICI Bank, PwC, Oracle, and HCL Technologies.
Most recently, she served as Chief Product Officer and Chief Operations Officer for the Corporate Banking business at Finastra, where she led enterprise banking solutions across lending, trade finance, and digital channels, managing global product, customer, and delivery teams at scale.
