Mumbai: Piramal Consumer Healthcare’s flagship brand Tetmosol has appointed Pankaj Tripathi as its new brand ambassador, alongside the rollout of a new multimedia campaign aimed at repositioning the brand as an expert solution for skin infections.

The campaign is built on a strong consumer insight—millions of Indians, particularly those with active, outdoor lifestyles, frequently face heat, sweat, and hygiene-related challenges that lead to persistent skin infections. These issues not only cause physical discomfort but also impact confidence and everyday productivity.

Highlighting a gap in consumer behaviour, the campaign underscores how home remedies and regular soaps often fail to address stubborn (“ziddi”) skin infections effectively. Reinforcing its new positioning of “Skin Infection ka Expert Solution,” Tetmosol aims to establish itself as a credible, efficacy-led solution for such concerns.

As part of its strategic evolution, the brand has also expanded its portfolio with the pan-India launch of Tetmosol Prickly Heat Powder, marking its entry into adjacent, summer-relevant skin health and hygiene categories. The move is expected to strengthen its omnichannel presence across offline retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce platforms, while also extending reach into non-chemist channels such as supermarkets and modern trade.
