With a distinguished career spanning decades, Mr. Schugart brings extensive experience in driving strategic growth, enhancing profitability, and building sustainable competitive advantages across both SMEs and Global 500 companies. His track record includes driving consistent revenue growth, improving product margins, and securing high-value orders exceeding $500 million.

Prior to joining RIR Power Electronics, Perry led global marketing and business development initiatives for Microchip Technology’s Silicon Carbide (SiC) business unit, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening the brand’s visibility and market leadership. His career also includes impactful leadership roles at Silicon Power Corporation, Inficon, ABB, and American Superconductor Corporation (AMSC)—organizations where his strategic initiatives consistently led to significant business gains and market expansion.
