With over 23 years of experience in the real estate sector, Singh has held leadership roles at Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL India, and DTZ. Earlier in his career, he also gained valuable exposure in advertising and media, contributing to nationwide marketing campaigns, adding to his well-rounded industry expertise.
In his new role, Singh will spearhead the company’s growth strategy by strengthening real estate development partnerships, expanding leasing and investment operations across key markets, enhancing operational efficiency, and building long-term stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless project execution and maximum value for clients and investors.
