New Delhi: Roinet Solution, a purpose-driven fintech company building India’s largest last-mile financial services network, has rolled out an innovative digital campaign aimed at popularising pet insurance in the country.

The campaign addresses the growing financial challenges faced by urban pet owners, highlighting the low penetration and awareness of pet insurance in India. Central to the initiative is the belief that pets are family and deserve the same financial protection as humans.

Roinet’s campaign uses emotional storytelling and AI-powered narratives to create an engaging universe of pet characters, each reflecting Delhi’s diverse cultural nuances. From the Punjabi Bagh gym-enthusiast Bulldog to the sassy South Delhi Shih Tzu, the characters are designed to resonate emotionally and culturally with pet owners, transforming insurance messaging into relatable and entertaining stories.

Sameer Mathur, Founder and Managing Director of Roinet Solution, said, “At Roinet, we’ve always believed that financial solutions should serve the real needs of families. And for millions of Indians, pets are family. With our new pet insurance campaign, we are blending innovation, empathy, and storytelling to ensure that every wag and every whisker is protected. Because caring for pets should never be a financial burden, it should always be an act of love.”

The campaign reinforces Roinet Insurance Brokers’ philosophy of offering the “right fit for the right customer,” guiding pet parents to select coverage that aligns with their unique needs. This personalised approach aims to make insurance accessible, meaningful, and relevant for Indian households.

By positioning pets as deserving of protection, Roinet establishes itself as a first-mover in the fintech space to highlight financial inclusivity. The initiative aligns with the company’s broader mission of democratising financial services and delivering protection to all segments of society.
