Star Jalsha is all set to launch a comedy family drama, ‘Bouma Ekghor’. The show will be on air from 2nd May at 6:30 pm everyday on Star Jalsha SD and Star Jalsha HD.
Bouma Ekghor is a story of the families of two brothers, one being more affluent and modern and the other being traditional and not so well off. However, both compete with each other over who has the best Boumaa. Tiya is a simple good-looking girl who enjoys daydreaming and has no desire to work. She dreams about travelling abroad after her marriage. But coincidentally, she gets married to this traditional family looking for a working girl for their son. But they later get to know that Tiya does not have any job or degree. Her in-laws, especially mother-in-law wants her to find a job and save her reputation. What ensues is a series of events surrounding the jobless Tiya who is compelled to portray that she has a hi-fi career. The show promises laughter and entertainment galore for the entire family.
The show is produced by Boyhood productions led by Susanta Das who created ‘Ke Apon Ke Por’, which captivated the hearts of its viewers for more than 4.5 years.
