Gurugram: Ogilvy India has announced the elevation of Sujoy Roy and Nitin Srivastava as Chief Creative Officers for its Gurugram office. The move reinforces the agency’s commitment to nurturing internal talent and strengthening its creative leadership.

A true Ogilvian, Sujoy Roy has been with the agency for two decades, working across Mumbai, Kolkata, and Colombo. With a background in fine arts, Sujoy has seamlessly blended copy and design, leading the Ogilvy Design Cell in India. His creative contributions span major brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Unilever, ITC, and Asian Paints. He has also played a significant role in strengthening Ogilvy’s presence in Eastern India through culturally resonant campaigns.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Nitin Srivastava has made a mark as a painter, designer, and art director. An alumnus of Delhi College of Art and Central Saint Martins, London, he has led creative efforts for premium brands, including Coca-Cola, Absolut, Chivas, and MINI. His work has won over 100 global awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, and The One Show. Known for his expertise in luxury and beauty branding, Nitin brings a keen artistic vision to his new role.

Commenting on the announcement, Kainaz Karmakar, Harshad Rajadhyaksha, and Sukesh Nayak, Chief Creative Officers of Ogilvy India, said, “Sujoy and Nitin are Ogilvy stalwarts. Over the years, both have created a stellar body of brave work that has helped grow businesses and reputations for their partners. Their benchmark-setting work across mediums has created impact and earned numerous recognitions locally and globally. But more importantly, it has also earned the love and admiration of our consumers and clients. We are thrilled to see our people step up and take on senior leadership roles. We believe the two of them, along with their partners, will push the boundaries of work. Their individual love for design and ideas will come together to write a new chapter for Ogilvy Gurugram.”

With their elevation, Sujoy Roy and Nitin Srivastava are set to drive Ogilvy Gurugram’s creative excellence and business impact to new heights.
