Mumbai: Table Space, a flexible workspace providers specializing in enterprise-managed offices, has announced four strategic leadership appointments within DESYN, its integrated Design and Build business, as it strengthens its capabilities to serve growing demand from enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs) across India.
Launched as a strategic extension of Table Space’s workspace solutions portfolio, DESYN was established to address the increasing need for agile, high-quality, and rapidly deployable enterprise workspaces through a technology-led and integrated design-and-build approach.
The company has appointed experienced leaders across design, commercial operations, and regional business functions to support DESYN’s next phase of growth and reinforce its ability to deliver scalable, execution-led workplace solutions.
As part of the leadership expansion, Shruti Ookabhoy has joined DESYN as Executive Director, where she will lead the Design vertical. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening design capabilities, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams across markets. Bringing over 22 years of experience in workplace strategy, design, and execution, Ookabhoy previously served as CEO, Workplace Design & Strategy, at ANJ Group’s The Canvas and has held leadership positions at Realty Group and Niteen Parulekar Architects Pvt. Ltd.
Tripta Soni has joined as Senior Director – South India, where she will spearhead business growth and client engagement initiatives across the region. With more than two decades of experience in workplace design and commercial interiors, Soni has worked across enterprise, retail, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining DESYN, she served as Senior General Manager and Head of Design at Brookfield Properties and has previously held leadership roles at Karle Infra Pvt. Ltd., DSP Design Associates, and RSP Design Consultants.
Strengthening the company’s northern market presence, Abhishek Kumar has been appointed Senior Director – North India. He will focus on business expansion and client partnerships across the region. Kumar brings over 18 years of experience in corporate interiors and design-build businesses, with expertise spanning business growth, profit and loss management, and multi-location project execution. Before joining DESYN, he served as Associate Director at Space Matrix and has also held leadership positions at Cheil India, Cushman & Wakefield, and JLL.
Meanwhile, Brijesh Khambhayata will lead DESYN’s Commercial function, overseeing procurement efficiency, commercial governance, and cost optimization across projects. With more than 15 years of experience in procurement, contract management, and strategic sourcing, he has previously served as Associate Director – Commercial at DSP Design Associates Pvt. Ltd. and held leadership roles at ANJ Turnkey Projects Pvt. Ltd. and Johnson Controls (India) Pvt. Ltd.
