Times Network launches ‘CLEAN KARO NEET’ campaign demanding transparency and accountability in medical entrance exams
Share Share ShareShare

New Delhi: Times Network has launched a nationwide digital campaign titled ‘CLEAN करो NEET’ across its Hindi and regional language digital platforms amid growing concerns over the alleged paper leak controversy surrounding the NEET UG examination.

The campaign, which went live on May 15, 2026, has been rolled out across the digital platforms of Times Now Navbharat, Times Now Marathi, Times Now Bangla, Times Now Tamil, Times Now Telugu, Times Now Kannada, and Times Now Malayalam.

According to the network, the initiative aims to amplify the concerns of students and parents, demand greater transparency and accountability in the examination process, and advocate strict action against individuals involved in alleged malpractices.

The campaign will extend beyond reporting on the paper leak allegations and focus on the broader human impact of the controversy, particularly the challenges faced by students preparing for the medical entrance examination over several years.

With the NEET re-examination scheduled for June 21, 2026, the campaign also intends to highlight the emotional and academic pressure faced by lakhs of students who are now preparing for the examination once again.

As part of the initiative, the network will feature insights from education experts, psychologists, career counsellors, former examination officials, and professionals associated with medical education. The coverage will include guidance on exam preparation strategies, stress management, and discussions around reforms required to strengthen examination security and transparency.

Students and parents will also be encouraged to share their concerns and experiences through Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, video explainers, debates, polls, social media interactions, and on-ground reports.

The campaign will include ground reporting from major education hubs such as Kota, Sikar, Patna, Delhi, Prayagraj, Lucknow, Jaipur, and Ranchi to capture the impact of the controversy and re-examination process on students across the country.

In addition, Times Network announced that it will launch a dedicated ‘NEET Re-Exam Help Desk’ aimed at providing students with information related to examination dates, admit card updates, exam guidelines, revised preparation plans, stress management tips, FAQs, and important helpline numbers.

According to the network, the initiative reflects its belief that the role of the media extends beyond reporting and includes taking students’ concerns and voices to a national platform, particularly on issues impacting the future of millions of students.

Through the ‘CLEAN करो NEET’ campaign, Times Network said it seeks to advocate for greater transparency in the examination ecosystem and ensure accountability in cases of alleged malpractice.
