Mumbai: Truecaller, the leading global communications platform, has announced the appointment of Saraswati Agarwal as Regional Sales Head for Ad Solutions across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). This strategic move reinforces Truecaller’s commitment to building a stronger presence in the region through its expanding Ad Solutions portfolio, aimed at delivering innovative and seamless digital brand experiences.

Saraswati brings over 15 years of experience from Bloomberg, CNN, and ITP Media Group, having led revenue growth and market development across the luxury, media, and digital sectors. She holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai.

In her new role, Saraswati will lead efforts to help brands across MEA leverage Truecaller Ads’ cutting-edge offerings, including video-first, interactive, and immersive formats that seamlessly integrate into the app experience.

The MEA advertising landscape is undergoing rapid digital transformation. According to recent industry reports, the regional advertising market is projected to reach USD 44,827 million by 2032, growing at a CAGR of 23.9% between 2024 and 2032. This growth is driven by increasing smartphone and internet penetration, with marketers shifting toward programmatic, mobile video, and influencer-led campaigns to engage a young, mobile-first audience.
