New Delhi: Value 360 Communications Limited, one of India’s leading integrated communications and brand-building firms, has announced a strategic collaboration with acclaimed filmmaker and AI storytelling pioneer Vivek Anchalia to launch an AI-powered creative studio. This move comes as the company readies its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) ahead of a proposed IPO on the SME Exchange, signaling its commitment to innovation-first growth.
The soon-to-be-launched studio will leverage generative AI technologies fused with creative storytelling, brand strategy, and scalable content production to serve the growing demand for personalized, high-volume, cost-efficient campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

The studio will be co-led by Vivek Anchalia, known for building India’s first AI-native content studio and directing Naisha, India’s first AI-generated feature film. With a portfolio that includes Netflix’s Rajma Chawal and Tikdam on Jio Hotstar, Anchalia brings creative-tech credibility to the table.
