Varsha Chainani has been named Senior Vice President and Group Head of Corporate Communications and Brand at Vedanta Group, a prominent global leader in diversified natural resources. She previously positioned as SVP at the company.
Prior to joining Vedanta, Varsha spent more than two and a half years at Adani Group as Group Head of Corporate Communications. In her new role, she will manage the corporate communications and branding strategy for Vedanta, with an emphasis on enhancing the company’s image and engaging key stakeholders.
With over 30 years of experience, Chainani has held leadership positions at organizations such as Mahindra Group, Abbott Laboratories, and IBM. She possesses extensive expertise in reputation management, branding, communication for mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, internal communications, content strategy, digital PR, and crisis communications.
