Chennai : Vijay TV is all set to launch a yet another new fiction series Bharathi Kannamma on February 25th. The primetime weeknight fiction show will air every Monday to Friday at 8.30 pm.
The story of Bharathi Kannamma revolves around the life of a simple and pure-hearten girl Kannamma where she faces several trials and tribulations due to her dark complexion. She gets married to a Doctor, Bharathi, who becomes her faith of love and support in every condition. Kanamma’s stepsister Anjali strongly believes that external appearance and beauty matters a lot than internal beauty.
Actor Arun Prasad of Meyaadhamaan fame will be seen playing the lead role of Bharathi while Roshini Harirpiyan plays the female lead as Kanamma. Actress Sweety will be playing a negative shaded character of Anjali in the series.
Bharathi Kannamma is directed by Praveen Benett of Raja Rani fame and Illayavan has scored the music. The serial is an amalgamation of love, innocence, sentiments and of course offers the viewers a broad minded thinking in terms of beauty and complexion.
Bharathi Kannamma will premiere on 25th of Feb weeknights at 8.30pm.
