Mumbai: Waterfield Advisors, a globally recognised multi-family office and wealth advisory firm, has announced the appointment of three seasoned professionals to its senior leadership team. As the company enters a new phase of growth and transformation, the new hires reflect its commitment to innovation, institutionalisation, and value-driven client outcomes.
Joining Waterfield Advisors are Riddhiman Jain as Managing Director and Head of Investment Strategy & Solutions, Abhishek Damani as Managing Director, Alternative Investments, and Saurabh Arora as Managing Director and Chief of Human Resources.
Riddhiman Jain brings over 15 years of global investment experience from leading institutions such as Credit Suisse and UBS across Singapore, Hong Kong, and India. At Waterfield, he will lead the firm’s investment strategy and product innovation, leveraging his expertise in discretionary mandates, advisory services, mutual funds, alternatives, and digital wealth tools. His role will be central to Waterfield’s ambition of delivering high-impact, tech-enabled global advisory services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs).
Abhishek Damani, formerly with Quilvest Capital Partners where he led India and Southeast Asia investments, will take charge of expanding Waterfield’s private market offerings. He will lead portfolio construction for separately managed accounts, drive the firm’s GP-led solutions, and further strengthen its core Fund of Funds platform.
Saurabh Arora, with over two decades of HR leadership experience across global financial firms such as Morgan Stanley and Russell Investments, will focus on scaling talent and culture initiatives. As Chief of HR, he will spearhead organizational development, performance frameworks, and talent acquisition to position Waterfield as an employer of choice in the wealth management industry.
