Mumbai: redBus, an online bus ticketing platform, has announced its ‘Travel to Vote’ campaign which includes an offer for its first-time users across India. By applying the coupon code VOTE24, first time users can avail a 15% discount, up to Rs. 250, on their bus bookings. In addition to this, customers are eligible for a cashback of up to Rs. 250, making their journeys even more cost-effective.

As part of their effort to provide affordable and convenient travel during the Lok Sabha Elections 2024, redBus is offering a discount and cashback deal to help users travel easily while they exercise their voting rights. This offer is designed to make bus travel more affordable and ensure participation of all eligible citizens in the voting process.

As part of the “Travel to Vote” campaign, redBus also launched a television commercial leveraging the ‘Breaking News’ format of news channels. The TVC, will be aired on major news channels, with the aim to reach a high viewership audience amidst the election period. This contextual placement ensures the campaign’s message is delivered effectively to potential voters planning their travel. The media strategy also includes a robust digital presence, incorporating video ads, along with targeted communication through owned media channels.
