Pizza Hut India partners with MoEngage to elevate Customer Experience Strategy

Bengaluru: Pizza Hut India, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., has partnered with MoEngage, an insights-led customer engagement platform, to strengthen and centralize its customer experience strategy across digital touchpoints. The collaboration marks a significant step forward in modernizing Pizza Hut India’s Martech infrastructure, aiming to drive deeper personalization, automation, and efficiency across customer communications.

A pioneer in the QSR space and a global leader in the pizza category, Pizza Hut’s decision to onboard MoEngage follows a rigorous evaluation of multiple Martech platforms. The goal was to find a solution that could deliver seamless operations, prompt and quality support, and best-in-class features tailored for large-scale consumer engagement.

“MoEngage stood out to us because of three primary things—capability, scale, and support. The platform’s advanced analytics suite, coupled with the AI-enabled offerings, will help Pizza Hut create relevant programs for its end consumers. Additionally, the support provided by the Customer Success team and the Implementation team proved to be unmatchable in the market. We are excited about this partnership and look forward to exploring new and intuitive ways to communicate with our customers and uplift satisfaction metrics significantly,” said Manish Gupta, Chief Digital & Technology Officer, Pizza Hut India.

One of the critical requirements for Pizza Hut was automating customer data reporting. With MoEngage’s dynamic reporting capabilities, the brand has successfully minimized manual effort and increased operational efficiency in its data processes.
