Canon India launches ‘EveryDay’ campaign to highlight everyday inclusion in the workplace

Mumbai: Canon India has unveiled its latest campaign, ‘EveryDay’, reinforcing the message that workplace inclusion and gender equality must be practiced consistently rather than celebrated on a single day.

Launched around International Women’s Day, the campaign highlights how everyday workplace interactions—from open conversations to equal opportunities for leadership—can shape a culture of inclusion and empowerment.

According to the company, the initiative underscores its belief that respect, opportunity and growth are embedded in the daily rhythm of work and collaboration at Canon India. Through the campaign, the brand seeks to spotlight moments that often go unnoticed but collectively contribute to building an equitable and supportive workplace environment.

At the centre of the campaign is a brand film that captures authentic interactions within Canon offices, showcasing team discussions where voices are heard, ideas are encouraged without bias and individuals are empowered to contribute and grow. The film portrays how inclusive workspaces can nurture stronger teams, innovative thinking and sustained progress.

Commenting on the initiative, Toshiaki Nomura, President & CEO, Canon India, said, “At Canon, we believe inclusion is not defined by a single day or statement, it is built through everyday actions and behaviors. ‘EveryDay’ reflects our commitment to creating a workplace where people are respected, heard, and given equal opportunity to grow. When inclusion becomes a way of working every day, it drives stronger teams, better ideas, and meaningful progress for everyone.”

The campaign also builds on the company’s ongoing ‘She #CANwithCanon’ initiative, which focuses on fostering an environment where women can shape their careers confidently and contribute across roles at every stage of their professional journeys.

With the ‘EveryDay’ campaign, Canon India aims to emphasise that meaningful change is driven by consistent actions and inclusive practices that enable individuals to grow, collaborate and succeed together.
