Mumbai: Arinox AI and Langoor have announced a strategic partnership to enable sovereign, on-premise AI deployment for enterprise marketing teams operating in regulated sectors. The collaboration aims to help enterprises in banking, insurance, defence, government, healthcare, manufacturing and other data-sensitive industries operationalise agentic AI while maintaining compliance with data residency and regulatory requirements.
The partnership combines Arinox’s CommandCore™️ + Kogo OS private AI infrastructure with Langoor’s marketing transformation expertise to provide enterprises with a secure pathway for deploying AI-driven marketing operations without transferring customer data to public cloud environments.
The companies said the initiative addresses a growing challenge for enterprises as evolving data protection regulations and sector-specific compliance frameworks make data residency and processing location critical concerns for organisations adopting AI technologies. At the same time, enterprises are seeking new ways to improve customer acquisition, engagement and personalisation amid rising marketing costs and the decline of traditional third-party targeting systems.
As part of the collaboration, the companies are introducing “Marketing AI In A Box”, a deployment framework designed to help marketing departments and creative agencies deploy AI within their own controlled infrastructure environments. The framework is tailored for regulated and data-sensitive use cases such as customer engagement, campaign operations and personalised marketing, where enterprise data must remain within organisational boundaries.
Under the partnership, Arinox AI will provide the private infrastructure and agentic AI operating system, while Langoor will lead strategy, implementation and transformation services required to deliver business outcomes. The companies stated that the framework is intended to complement existing AI-driven marketing systems rather than replace broader enterprise AI approaches.

Venugopal Ganganna, CEO of Langoor, an LS Digital company, said, “Enterprises don’t need another tool. They need a coherent way to apply AI across the marketing lifecycle, grounded in their own data and their own strategy. This partnership brings Arinox’s sovereign infrastructure together with Langoor’s transformation practice to give regulated enterprises a deployment path that respects data residency from day one. It sits alongside the proprietary AI capabilities we continue to build within Langoor, and is one of several ways we help clients operationalise AI in marketing.”
Ajay Kharbanda, CEO, Arinox AI, said, “Marketing leaders are increasingly asked to deliver AI-led outcomes while also answering tougher questions about where their customer data lives and who processes it. Our partnership with Langoor gives enterprises a way to deploy agentic AI on their own infrastructure, with a transformation partner who can translate the technology into commercial results.”
