Mumbai: Godrej Wealth, the wealth management business of the Godrej Industries Group, has announced a series of senior leadership appointments across business, investments, product, technology, digital and human resources functions, following its recent launch.
Led by Kunal Karnani, CEO, Godrej Wealth, the company is building a client-centric and technology-enabled wealth management platform with a focus on long-term growth and scale. The appointments support the firm’s ambition of building a ₹1,00,000 crore Assets Under Management (AUM) business by 2031.
The newly formed leadership team includes Neeraj Mahajan as Chief Business Officer, Sandip Jha as Chief Product Officer, Parag Khachane as Chief Technology Officer, Ankit Dhadda as Chief Digital Officer, Pavan Manchala as Chief Investment Officer – Private Credit, and Shuchi Arora as Head – Human Resources.
Together, the leadership team brings more than 100 years of cumulative experience across wealth management, private credit, banking, investments, technology, digital transformation, product innovation and talent strategy.
Neeraj Mahajan joins with more than 23 years of experience in banking and wealth management, including over 18 years at Kotak Mahindra Bank where he held leadership positions across private and affluent banking businesses.
Sandip Jha brings over two decades of experience across wealth management, private banking, investment products and capital markets, having previously worked in leadership roles at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Kotak Securities and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
Parag Khachane joins as CTO with nearly 20 years of experience in technology and product design and previously played a key role in strengthening technology capabilities at Godrej Capital.
Ankit Dhadda brings expertise across digital platforms, partnerships and ecosystem development and previously led product partnerships and marketing at Meta.
Pavan Manchala joins as CIO – Private Credit with over 24 years of financial services experience and previously led the Alternate Asset Group at the Kotak Group.
Shuchi Arora brings over 14 years of experience across HR strategy, organisation design and performance management, having held senior HR roles at HSBC, Aon, ICICI Bank and DCM Shriram.
