Mumbai: AI-native technology company Mobavenue AI Tech Limited has unveiled its new brand identity and launched the Mobavenue Neural Engine, an AI intelligence layer designed to help marketers plan, execute and measure advertising campaigns through a unified technology platform.
The rebrand marks the company’s evolution from a bootstrapped Mumbai-based startup into a listed global AdTech and consumer growth platform. Mobavenue said the new identity reflects a shift in its positioning — from campaign execution to enabling data-driven marketing decisions through artificial intelligence.
Founded in 2017 by Tejas Rathod and Kunal Kothari, Mobavenue began as a digital marketing agency before transitioning into a product-led AdTech company. Ishank Joshi later joined as the third founder, helping accelerate the company’s shift towards building proprietary technology solutions.
Today, Mobavenue operates with more than 200 employees, serving over 150 brands across 10+ markets. The company remained bootstrapped through its growth journey and listed publicly in 2025 while continuing to develop its technology stack, GMP 360.

Commenting on the company’s transformation, Ishank Joshi, Founder, MD and CEO, Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, said, “Every major shift in advertising has been driven by technology. Search changed discovery, social changed distribution, programmatic changed decisioning, and AI is now changing direction by transforming advertising towards intent, intelligence, and impact. We found ourselves building for that shift long before we changed our logo. The new identity simply catches up with the company we have become, and the Neural Engine is the clearest expression of where we are headed: AI-powered advertising and consumer growth infrastructure, built from India, that helps brands achieve measurable outcomes at scale.”
At the centre of the company’s next phase is the Mobavenue Neural Engine, an AI-powered layer integrated across its advertising technology platforms. The company said the engine enables marketers to move from campaign planning to execution in under 59 seconds.
Built around Mobavenue’s A³ framework — Awareness, Acquisition and Activation, the Neural Engine brings together four key capabilities:
Planning: Generates marketing plans using brand objectives, audience insights and market intelligence, tailored to budgets and business goals.
Execution: Enables direct campaign launches from the platform, reducing campaign deployment timelines.
Creative Intelligence: Helps generate advertising creatives and recommend placements across platforms including Connected TV, OTT, music and youth-focused channels.
Conversational Reporting: Allows marketers to query campaign performance using natural language and receive insights across audiences, impressions, conversions and channels.

Tejas Rathod, Founder and CTO, Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, said, “Marketing teams lose an extraordinary amount of time to fragmented workflows. Plan in one tool, launch in another, brief creative separately, then dig through dashboards to understand what happened. Much of the industry’s current research on AI maturity in marketing, a conversation we have contributed to as practitioners, points to the same gap: adoption is high, but integration is not. We built the Neural Engine to close that gap, collapsing the lifecycle into a single intelligence layer. For our customers, the difference is practical: less time managing the machinery of advertising, more time on strategy, creativity and growth.”
As part of the brand refresh, Mobavenue showcased its new identity at Times Square, New York, following its recent expansion into the United States market.

Kunal Kothari, Founder, Chairman and COO, Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, said, “Seeing our new identity in Times Square meant something to us, not because of the billboard, but because of the distance it represents. We built this company from Mumbai without external capital, and we are now scaling it across markets, including the US, UK and Singapore. What makes that scale possible is AI woven through everything we operate, reducing complexity for our teams and our clients alike. The unveiling was a marker of intent: we are building for a global advertising ecosystem, not just participating in one.”
Mobavenue said the Neural Engine will form the foundation of its future product roadmap, with the company focusing on predictive decision-making, intelligence-led marketing and measurable business outcomes. The company’s new tagline, “connecting what’s next,” reflects its focus on helping brands navigate the next phase of advertising technology.
With the launch of its refreshed identity and AI platform, Mobavenue aims to strengthen its position in the global AdTech ecosystem by enabling marketers to move beyond campaign management towards intelligent growth solutions.
