Pune: FLAME University, a pioneer in interdisciplinary education in India, has appointed Dhaivat Mehta as its Brand Evangelist and Director of Branding & Communication. The appointment comes as the university enters its next phase of growth, with a focus on academic innovation, global collaborations, research-led thought leadership and student wellbeing.
Mehta joins FLAME University with over two decades of experience in building global brand presence across corporate and public sector organisations. He previously served as Vice President of Global Brand and Corporate Communications at Sagility and as Global Brand Communications Director at Capgemini. He has also led Marketing and Public Diplomacy initiatives at the British Council and the British High Commission, where he managed branding programmes and initiatives focused on cultural and educational relations.
In his new role, Mehta will oversee FLAME University’s strategic brand communication initiatives across stakeholder groups, strengthening the institution’s positioning and long-term brand equity. He will focus on articulating the university’s vision of interdisciplinary education in an increasingly AI-driven world.
