Affle names Nikhil Kumar as Chief Growth and Marketing Officer for India & Emerging Markets

Gurugram: Affle 3i Limited (“Affle”), a global technology company focused on AI-powered consumer intelligence and mobile advertising solutions, has appointed Nikhil Kumar as Chief Growth and Marketing Officer for India & Emerging Markets. The move is part of the company’s ongoing leadership evolution aligned with its long-term Affle 3i vision and 10X growth strategy.

The appointment comes as Affle continues to strengthen its leadership structure to enhance execution agility, scale its AI-led consumer platform stack, and expand its footprint across high-growth markets. Nikhil’s elevation underscores the company’s focus on accelerating growth and reinforcing its brand presence across India and emerging economies.

Nikhil Kumar has been associated with Affle for over five years and most recently served as Chief Growth Officer at mediasmart, where he played a key role in driving business expansion across India and international markets. With nearly two decades of experience spanning FMCG, retail, F&B, and ad-tech sectors, he brings a strong cross-industry perspective to his new role.
