Strategic partnership aims to embed AI into B2B operations for long-term cost optimization

Ampivo AI Takes 51% stake in Commerce Forever, eyes AI-led B2B efficiency

Mumbai: Ampivo AI, a provider of multi-modal AI solutions, has acquired a 51% majority stake in Commerce Forever Solutions, a well-established B2B e-commerce operations firm. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step for Ampivo AI as it deepens its footprint in the B2B commerce landscape by deploying advanced AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Commerce Forever Solutions closed the financial year 2024–25 with net sales of ₹115 crore, demonstrating strong operational capabilities in India’s dynamic e-commerce sector. The acquisition will see Ampivo AI integrate its predictive AI technologies into Commerce Forever’s processes—targeting long-term cost optimization, automation, and scalability across the value chain.

As part of the stock-based deal, Commerce Forever will retain its existing brand identity and continue to operate with its current leadership and team. The integration strategy, however, is focused on embedding AI into core business functions with defined KPIs centered on enhancing productivity and reducing costs.

“This strategic move is a part of our larger mission to deliver AI-driven solutions that change the e-commerce landscape and build scalable models that enhance the operational journey for sellers, resellers and distributors,” said Vishwanath Hariharan, Founder and CEO of Ampivo AI. “Commerce Forever’s expertise in B2B operations makes them the perfect strategic partner in bringing this vision to life.”

With this move, Ampivo AI positions itself to address untapped opportunities in the B2B segment, leveraging Commerce Forever’s robust infrastructure while showcasing the tangible value of AI in real-world commerce applications.

The acquisition reflects broader industry trends, where AI is rapidly becoming a central driver of innovation and competitive edge in e-commerce. Ampivo AI is set to leverage this momentum to expand across both B2B and B2C verticals, cementing its role as a strategic partner for businesses undergoing digital transformation.
