BKT Tires becomes Official Tire Partner of Mumbai Indians

Mumbai: Balkrishna Industries Ltd. (BKT Tires), the Indian multinational Group and leading global player in the Off-Highway tire market, has just announced that it will be the Official Tire Partner for five-time Champion Mumbai Indians, in the upcoming T20 League 2021. BKT embraces once more the biggest sporting phenomenon in India, as it collaborates with the league winner for the second consecutive season. The Group is well known to be a giant supporter of all major sporting events in the world. And cricket is no different.

BKT Tires has been actively championing the game of cricket on a huge scale even on a global level. In 2020 the company upgraded its association with the biggest cricketing event in Australia: KFC Big Bash League. The collaboration started three years ago with BKT as League Supplier and the company now continues to promote its passion for sports in the Australian continent as League Partner of this famous championship.

Whether it is about cricket, football, or the amazing stunts at Monster Jam – BKT Tires loves sports because it fully reflects its corporate philosophy: commitment and determination, the joy of achieving goals, the feeling of satisfaction and contentment when being rewarded for all efforts aiming at always higher and greater ambitions.

The company has also been committing to encouraging diverse Indian sports such as Kabaddi. BKT has indeed previously partnered with as many as eight out of twelve teams of the country’s leading Kabaddi League for its 2019 edition. Back to Indian cricket, the Group also collaborated with the Tamil Nadu Premier League.

All sports events are selected based on a precise strategy aiming at greater user proximity and increased brand awareness, assisted by RISE Worldwide, which is the exclusive sports consulting agency for BKT in India.
