BARC WK 35: Dettol emerges as Top Brand; Brooke Bond Lipton India grabs 3rd spot amongst Top Advertisers

According to BARC Ratings for week 35, the following are the ranking of Top 10 Brands and Top 10 Advertisers:

Top Brands:

For week 35 we see Dettol Antiseptic Liquid leading the category with 272 insertions followed by Dettol Toilet Soaps on the 2nd spot with 175 insertions and Dettol Liquid Soaps on the 3rd spot with 172 insertions. For the 4th and 5th spot we have Surf Excel Easy Wash with 160 insertions and previous week’s leader Lizol with 130 insertions, while the last 5 contenders on this category is Dettol and Moms Soap with 130 insertions, Wheel Active 2 IN 1 with 113 insertions, Clinic Plus Shampoo with 113 insertions, Jeevansathi.com with 110 insertions and Facebook with 101 insertions.

Top Advertisers:

The undisputed leader Hindustan Lever Ltd having a dream run in week 35 with 243 insertions and being a consistent performer and a leader in the Advertiser category. In week 34 Hindustan Unilever Ltd had 255 insertions which is a straight fall of 12 insertions. Reckitt Benckiser (India) Ltd on the 2nd spot with 162 insertions and Brooke Bond Lipton India on the 3rd spot with 411 insertions. For the 4th and 5th spot we have, Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. with 269 insertions and Procter & Gamble with 238 insertions. While ITC Ltd with 235 insertions Colgate Palmolive India Ltd with 233 insertions, Cadbury India with 208 insertions, Wipro Ltd with 207 insertions, and Ponds India with 194 insertions are the last 5 contenders in this category.
