Mumbai: NBFC-P2P Lending major PaisaDukan today announced that former ICAI president & monarch of Finance Industry Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwal has accepted to join the company as an Independent Director. PaisaDukan was the first new entrants to receive the Certificate of Registration from Reserve Bank of India in May 2018 to operate as NBFC-P2P Company.
CA UttamPrakashAgarwal needs no introduction in finance industry. He was elected as one of the youngest President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the year 2009-10, he also holds the honorary membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and CPA Australia. His professional excellence has been recognized nation-wide by the Honorable “President of India, Her Excellency Smt. PratibhaDevisingh Patil” with “Recognition of Excellence Award”.
