Growth in Capability
Wunderman Thompson is not even a year old. So, we are still Work-In-Progress. Over the past months and into 2020 our focus continues to be on training and building our people’s capabilities. It also means building capability through diversified hiring and infusing the organisation with people with new skills.
Growth for our People
The merger of Wunderman and JWT provides new opportunities for growth to our people. Both professional and career growth. It also opens up new opportunities for people outside of the agency who want to make a career for themselves in a Data and Technology led Creative agency.
Growth in Offering
With the coming together of JWT and Wunderman we genuinely have an end-to-end offering for our clients. All under one roof. This is increasingly being demanded by our clients as they maximise the impact of their communication across multiple platforms. We are focussing on scaling up the various offerings from Data, Customer Experience to E Commerce.
Growth in Collaboration
In Mumbai (and soon in New Delhi), we are part of the WPP Campus. This means we are co-located with the various companies and capabilities within the group. This means more opportunity to collaborate and deliver for our clients.
Growth in Business
All of the above will result in growth of business. Both for the brands we work with as also our own revenues. ‘Inspiring growth for ambitious brands’ is our company’s motto and that’s what we will strive to do for our clients’ brands. And in doing so we will meet our ambitious growth targets too.
