Moving to the global team from her current role as UK head of planning, Smith will be responsible for all of our creative output.
Named one of Campaign’s top ten media planners in 2015, she previously led a team restructure which enabled Maxus UK to provide better insight-led, ideas-focussed and technology-rich solutions across the agency.
As well as this, in 2016 Smith developed a bespoke creativity training scheme, taking ten percent of the agency on a journey of facilitation techniques and creative problem solving. Each of these creative champions are driving learnings out across the entire agency.
Instrumental in creating Change Planning, our bespoke planning tool, we look forward to seeing how Jen applies her wondrous creativity with her passion for data and technology, to create effective strategies for our clients across the world.
