Mumbai: Netcore has unveiled Audience Agent, a conversational segmentation agent designed to simplify and accelerate customer audience creation for marketing teams. The new solution enables marketers to build, refine, and evolve customer segments using natural language, eliminating the need for complex manual workflows, rule configurations, and traditional segmentation tools.

The launch addresses what Netcore describes as one of the most significant operational challenges facing modern marketers—creating and managing audience segments at scale. As personalization and always-on engagement strategies become increasingly critical, marketing teams often spend considerable time navigating dashboards, configuring attributes, and rebuilding workflows every time audience criteria need refinement.

With Audience Agent, marketers can simply describe the audience they want in conversational language. The system then automatically creates the segment, maintains contextual understanding throughout the interaction, and continuously updates audience definitions as new instructions are added.

The launch forms part of Netcore’s broader vision for agentic marketing, where intelligent systems operate with memory, context, and continuous optimization capabilities rather than relying solely on static automation. Audience Agent joins the company’s growing suite of AI-powered marketing solutions, including its Insights and multimodal search capabilities.

Unlike conventional segmentation platforms, which often require marketers to rebuild logic after every modification, Audience Agent preserves conversational context across the entire workflow. Marketers can narrow audiences, introduce exclusions, refine intent signals, or add geographical parameters without having to start from scratch.

The platform is also designed to interpret business-specific terminology based on each brand’s internal definitions. Terms such as “high-value customer,” “at-risk user,” or “dormant customer” are understood according to a company’s own business logic, enabling more accurate and relevant segmentation.

According to Netcore, the solution can reduce segment creation time by up to 90%, allowing teams to execute campaigns faster, conduct more experiments, and improve targeting precision throughout the customer journey.

The company emphasized that Audience Agent has been built with transparency and trust in mind. Rather than functioning as a black-box AI system, the platform displays segmentation rules directly on the canvas in real time, enabling marketers to review, modify, validate, and audit every condition before deployment.

Netcore noted that the introduction of Audience Agent comes at a time when marketing organizations worldwide are under growing pressure to improve personalization, reduce customer acquisition inefficiencies, and deliver campaigns with greater speed and precision.
