New Delhi: Oriflame has announced the appointment of Orkun Gül as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), reinforcing its focus on strengthening commercial strategy and scaling its global social selling ecosystem.
In his new role, Orkun will join Oriflame’s Global Leadership Team and lead the company’s commercial strategy across international markets, as the brand looks to further expand its global footprint and enhance its evolving direct selling model.
Orkun brings over two decades of leadership experience across FMCG, direct selling, and network marketing. His career includes senior roles at Procter & Gamble and more than ten years in executive leadership at Avon. He has led diverse markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and APAC, driving growth through stronger distributor engagement, improved local execution, and consumer-centric commercial strategies.
He has also been an advocate for the direct selling industry, having served as President of the Turkey Direct Selling Association, where he promoted ethical and transparent practices within the sector.
In his new mandate, Orkun will focus on strengthening Oriflame’s global social selling model, advancing commercial capabilities in priority markets, and enhancing productivity across its network of over three million Beauty Entrepreneurs and members worldwide.
Commenting on his appointment, Orkun Gül said, “Oriflame has built a distinctive global community rooted in entrepreneurship, quality products, and direct relationships with consumers. I am excited to join the organisation at this important phase and look forward to working closely with our markets and Beauty Entrepreneurs to accelerate commercial growth, strengthen our network, and unlock new opportunities across regions.”

Edyta Kurek, Senior Vice President and Head of Oriflame India and Indonesia, said, “We are pleased to welcome Orkun to Oriflame’s Global Leadership Team. His extensive experience across the social selling ecosystem, and his proven ability to build disciplined, people-first commercial organisations at scale, position him strongly to lead our next phase of growth. As we continue to evolve our social selling model, markets like India remain key growth drivers for Oriflame, and Orkun’s leadership will further strengthen our commitment to empowering our entrepreneur community and expanding our reach across the country.”
